Anastasia: The Musical

 Synopsis

This dazzling show transports its audience from the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s, as a brave young woman sets out to discover the mystery of her past. Pursued by a ruthless Soviet officer determined to silence her, Anya enlists the aid of a dashing con man and a lovable ex-aristocrat. Together, they embark on an epic adventure to help her find home, love and family.

Audition Details:

Feb 8, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Feb 10, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

For the audition, please prepare up to 32 measures of music similar to theme of the show. In addition to your vocal audition, we will assess your vocal range. An accompanist will be provided. Please bring sheet music. You will also be asked to read from the script. Please also wear or bring comfortable dance attire, as all auditioning will be required to learn a short dance/movement combination. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the designated time to complete the paperwork. Rehearsal conflicts must be presented at the time of auditions. Bring a headshot, resume, and conflicts to the audition.

Rehearsals: (begins March 1) - you will not be called for all rehearsals.

Saturdays: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM

May 3, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

May 5 - 8, 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM

 

Performances:

May 9 @ 7:00 PM

May 10 @ 2:00 PM & 7:00 PM
